Production Chemist (East Brunswick, NJ) – Design and develop processes for pharmaceutical production optimization, yield improvement, and formulation using BMRs, CAPA, SAP, Track Wise Quality Systems; Create and finalize validation reports and procedure updates in compliance with cGMP, SOPs and ANDA guidelines; Conduct process monitoring and quality issue investigation and analysis; Provide manufacturing process support and quality controls for pharmaceutical products using QMS; Coordinate product changes and provide guidance on applicable design changes; Perform in-process batch record reviews and complete final approvals for production; Provide inspections and recommend improvements for manufacturing areas; Perform AQL checks as necessary.
Must have a Master’s Degree or its equivalent (Bachelor degree plus 5 years experience inclusive of the 2 years experience in job offered or as Production Planning Officer in pharmaceutics) in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or Chemistry plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Production Planning Officer in pharmaceutics. Require skills and knowledge in cGMP, SOPs, QMS, BMRs, CAPA, SAP, Track Wise Quality Systems. This position is eligible for Employee Referral Program.
